Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and control all project documents and correspondence related to infrastructure and sewerage works.
• Ensure all drawings, submittals, and documents are properly logged, updated, and distributed.
• Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems in accordance with project documentation procedures.
• Track document revisions, ensure timely submission and approval of drawings and NOCs.
• Coordinate with project engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure proper document flow.
• Support the project team in maintaining up-to-date records of technical documents and communications.
• Ensure compliance with quality management and ISO standards.
• **Qualifications & Experience:**
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration,, or a related field.
• **Minimum 5 years of experience** as a Document Controller in **infrastructure or sewerage network projects** in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of document control procedures and systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and document control software\\
• Good communication and organizational skills.
