The Document Controller establishes master filing systems for supervision projects.
The role records drawings issued to contractors and implements archiving policies, procedures, and standards.

Document Control Duties
- Organize filing systems for project correspondence in line with corporate policies and procedures.
- Maintain contractor submittal records and response dates.
- Track unanswered correspondence and circulate lists to project managers.
- Maintain registers of operation manuals, vendor manuals, and as-built drawings.
- File submitted programs and contractor drawings showing project progress.
