Responsibilities
- Serve as a member of the document management team to support ECMS such as Aconex and Unifier
- Design, implement, and refine document control processes and workflows across the project
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies, project requirements, and ISO standards
- Monitor and review data entry accuracy for self and support staff
- Provide training on work processes and tools
- Interact with end users to support, troubleshoot, and resolve system related issues
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent)
- 5 8 years of relevant experience (or 9 12 years without degree)
- Advanced proficiency in ECMS (e.g., Aconex, Unifier)
- Deep knowledge of document lifecycles in large scale infrastructure or EPC projects
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong understanding of ISO 9001 and ISO 19650
- Detail oriented with ability to meet deadlines under pressure

Project Overview
- Bechtel provides PMC services for King Salman International Airport development in Riyadh, including three new terminals.
Job Summary
- Document Controller supporting KSIA Project, reporting to Project Document Manager, responsible for coordinating document workflows and ensuring compliance.
Major Responsibilities
- Support ECMS such as Aconex and Unifier
- Design and refine document control processes and workflows
- Conduct internal audits for compliance with ISO standards
- Monitor data entry accuracy
- Create/update desktop work instructions and procedures
- Provide training on work processes and tools
- Troubleshoot system issues with end users
- Assist with records retention and project closeout
Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 5 8 years relevant experience, or 9 12 years relevant work experience
Required Knowledge and Skills
- Advanced proficiency in ECMS (Aconex, Unifier)
- Deep knowledge of document lifecycles in large scale infrastructure projects
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with Power BI
- Strong understanding of ISO 9001 and ISO 19650
- Experience training and supporting junior team members
