Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented QA/QC ***Document Controller*** for a ***3-month project assignment*** in Doha, Qatar.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, tracking, and maintaining all QA/QC documentation in compliance with project and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and control QA/QC documents, records, and logs.
- Ensure proper filing, distribution, and retrieval of project documents.
- Coordinate with QA/QC engineers, project teams, consultants, and subcontractors regarding document submissions and approvals.
- Manage document transmittals, revisions, and version control.
- Track inspection reports, material submittals, method statements, RFIs, and NCRs.
- Ensure all documentation is updated, accurate, and submitted on time.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of project records.
- Prepare periodic reports related to document status and tracking.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Document Controller in QA/QC or construction projects.
- Familiarity with document control systems and procedures.
- Good knowledge of QA/QC documentation processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management software.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Immediate availability preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in construction, oil & gas, or infrastructure projects is an advantage.
• Contract Duration: 3 Months
- Duty Hours: 10 Hours per day
- Working Days: 6 Days per week
- FAT Provided by Company
- Salary : 6000 QAR
