Your opportunity
Support the effective delivery of assigned project sites by managing document and data control activities, ensuring project records and management system documentation are accurate, accessible, current, and properly maintained.
Reporting to the Digital Delivery Manager , the Document Controller will sit within the project team and be accountable for:
Lead Aconex implementation and support across site projects.
Provide training and technical support to project personnel on document control and quality systems.
Support project mobilisation, including workflow development, quality planning, and system implementation.
Assist site teams in meeting quality management, compliance, and client requirements.
Perform quality audits, document reviews, and quality assurance activities across active projects.
Liaise with Corporate Quality, Document Control, and Project Teams to ensure effective project delivery and continuous improvement.
Our minimum requirements for this role are
- 2+ years' document control experience in project environments.
- 5+ years' relevant industry experience.
- Experience supporting construction and/or mining projects.
- Familiarity with document management systems and project documentation requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple document workflows
