The Tram to Springvale Alliance (TSA) comprising CPB Contractors, BMD Constructions and Arup has been selected to deliver the Eastern Freeway Upgrades between Tram and Springvale roads. The major upgrade includes new express lanes, upgraded noise walls and revitalised sections of the Koonung Creek Linear Park.
The Project is being delivered under an Alliance Contract with Victorian Infrastructure Delivery Authority (VIDA) as the Project Owner and TSA (CPB, BMD and Arup) as the Non-owner Participants (NOPs). Together they form the Alliance working as one to deliver this critical infrastructure project.
As a key component of the North East Link Program (NELP), this project will provide a safer, more efficient freeway connection for over 135,000 vehicles daily, removing 15,000 trucks from local roads, and reduce traffic across on the arterial road network crossing the Yarra River by 50,000 vehicles per day.
We’re completing the link together and bringing it home for our community.

This is an entry level opportunity for someone looking to start or build a career in office administration. You'll gain hands on experience in a busy project environment while receiving structured training and support to develop your skills and knowledge.
Reporting to the Office Manager , the Office Coordinator (Trainee) will provide efficient and effective administrative support across the project and assist with the day-to-day operation of our office.

This role is offered as a traineeship, the successful candidate will be supported to complete a nationally recognised qualification while gaining practical workplace experience through structured on the job training. Throughout the traineeship, you will develop valuable administration, organisation and communication skills while contributing to a major infrastructure project.
No prior administration experience is required. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, has a positive attitude and is committed to developing their skills in a professional office environment.
