About the Role
LACASA Architects and Engineering Consultants is seeking an experienced Document Controller with minimum 5 years of experience at an Engineering/Architect Consultancy firm. The role involves managing document control systems, handling correspondence, and providing administrative support.

Responsibilities
- Manage and update document control system to ensure project documents are properly recorded and maintained
- Handle and manage incoming and outgoing correspondences
- Provide all administrative support in preparation of Monthly Report, Monthly Invoices and Variation
- Manage, maintain and assist in preparation and submission of all reports/documents such as progress reports, dashboards, payments, variations and all other deliverables required by the Client
- Ensure deadlines are met
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in CONSULTANT firm / CONSTRUCTION business
- Must have huge experience in using ACONEX, PRIMAVERA UNIFIER and other EDMS software
- Good written and oral communication skills in English
- Highly organized, pro active and can work with minimal supervision
- Must manage own transportation
- Experience with INAXUS CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE is a plus
