About the Role
LACASA Architects and Engineering Consultants seeks an experienced Document Controller with minimum 5 years in engineering/architect consultancy. Must have experience with ACONEX, PRIMAVERA UNIFIER, and other EDMS software.

Responsibilities
- Manage and update document control system to ensure proper recording and maintenance of project documents
- Handle and manage incoming and outgoing correspondences
- Provide administrative support in preparation of Monthly Report, Monthly Invoices, and Variation
- Manage, maintain, and assist in preparation and submission of reports/documents such as progress reports, dashboards, payments, variations
- Ensure deadlines are met for all deliverables required by the Client
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering/architect consultancy firm
- Experience with ACONEX, PRIMAVERA UNIFIER, and other EDMS software
- Good written and oral communication skills in English
- Highly organized, pro active, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Must manage own transportation
- Immediately available

Job Overview

- Minimum 5 Years of experience in CONSULTANT firm / CONSTRUCTION business.
- Good written and oral communication skills in English.
- Highly organized, pro active and can work with minimal supervision.
- Immediately available.
- Minimum salary based on UAE Experience (terms and conditions apply).
