Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain project documents using Document Management Systems (DMS) such as Aconex, Procore, Primavera Contract Manager, SharePoint, or similar platforms.
- Establish and maintain effective filing systems, including folder structures and document naming conventions.
- Ensure proper digital and hard copy archiving of all project documentation.
- Prepare, review, and edit documents using MS Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Control and track construction documents including drawings, method statements, material submittals, RFIs, ITPs, MIRs, site instructions, and related correspondence.
- Maintain revision control to ensure all stakeholders are working with the latest approved documents.
- Prepare, issue, and track transmittals to and from Clients, Consultants, and Subcontractors.
- Monitor document workflows and ensure timely approvals and responses.
- Coordinate effectively with Employers, Consultants, and Subcontractors to manage document flow.
- Handle confidential documents, including contracts, claims, and sensitive correspondence, with discretion and integrity.

- At least 2 years work experience as a Document Controller
- Strong teamwork skills and superior work ethic
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Highly organized, detail oriented, and proactive
- Punctual, reliable, and committed to continuity in the role

Job Overview
