Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain project documents, drawings, submittals, transmittals, correspondence, reports, and approvals in an organized manner
- Receive, register, distribute, track, and archive incoming and outgoing project documents
- Maintain document logs/registers for drawings, material submittals, method statements, RFIs, MIRs, WIRs/IRs, NCRs, letters, and other project records
- Ensure all documents are properly numbered, revised, filed, and issued to the relevant team members as per project requirements
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments for document submission and follow up
- Control document revisions and ensure superseded documents are properly marked/archived to avoid unintended use
- Prepare transmittals and ensure timely submission of documents to client/consultant through the approved document control system
- Maintain confidentiality and proper filing of contractual, technical, and project related records
- Support project close out documentation, including as built drawings, O&M manuals, test certificates, warranties, approvals, and handover dossiers
- Perform any other document control related tasks assigned by the management/project team
