About the Role

Responsibilities
- Maintain and control the flow of all project documents including drawings, submittals, RFIs, and contracts
- Implement and manage the Document Management System (DMS) to ensure up to date version control
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors for timely document submission and retrieval
- Prepare and distribute document transmittals to clients, consultants, and internal teams
- Ensure all documentation complies with project specifications, client requirements, and ISO standards
- Archive and store completed project files both digitally and physically
- Generate regular reports on document status and highlight delays or missing submissions
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of document control experience in construction or engineering projects
- Proficiency in document management software such as Aconex, Procore, or equivalent
- Strong command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Dubai, UAE
