Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Document Controller to support project documentation and coordination activities for a temporary assignment.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience working with consultants and handling project documentation using Viewpoint System and/or Aconex platforms.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a Document Controller
- Previous experience working with consultants
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Viewpoint System and/or Aconex
- Experience in handling proposals and project documentation
- Strong organizational and document management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple document workflows efficiently
Responsibilities
- Manage, track, and maintain project documents and correspondence
- Ensure proper document control procedures and version control
- Coordinate with consultants, project teams, and stakeholders
- Handle submission records, technical documents, and proposal documentation
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of project records
Preferred Skills
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Ability to join immediately or within short notice
- Pay: Up to QAR4,000.00 per month
