Job Title: Carpentry Supervisor – Events & Exhibition Production
We are looking for an experienced Carpentry Supervisor to oversee carpentry and fabrication activities for events, exhibitions, booths, kiosks, stage setups, and custom production projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise workshop and site carpentry teams
- Execute production drawings and fabrication works
- Coordinate with production, design, and installation teams
- Ensure projects are completed on time with quality standards
- Monitor site installations and resolve technical issues
- Maintain workshop safety, tools, and equipment
- Manage manpower allocation and daily productivity
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in events, exhibitions, fit-out, or staging industry
- Strong knowledge of carpentry, fabrication, laminates, and finishes
- Ability to read technical drawings and layouts
- Experience handling workshop operations and site installations
- Good leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Driving license is an advantage
- Pay: From QAR5,000.00 per month
