We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Document Controller with **Minimum 2 Years of UAE Experience Preferably in Piling**.
The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of managing documentation in construction companies, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and control all project-related documentation in accordance with the company’s document management system.
- Ensure that all documents are correctly registered, distributed, and filed.
- Maintain an organized filing system for both electronic and hard copy documents.
- Control the issuance and retrieval of documents to and from project teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure that documents are up to date, accurate, and comply with company standards and client requirements.
- Assist in the preparation and compilation of reports, manuals, and other documentation as required by the project teams.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure that document control processes are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.
- Perform regular audits on documentation and processes, reporting any discrepancies to management.
- Support the team in maintaining a secure and efficient document management environment.
- **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification in Document Control or a related field is preferred.
Skills
- Proficient in document management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with UAE construction industry standards and regulations.
