Job Title and Location

  • Job Title: Document Controller
  • Location: Saudi Arabia, Riyadh

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Document Controller.
  • Experience in construction or contracting companies is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of document control procedures and document management systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills in English and Arabic.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, track, and maintain project documents and records.
  • Ensure proper document numbering, filing, distribution, and archiving.
  • Monitor document revisions and maintain version control.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely document submission and approval.
  • Maintain document registers and ensure compliance with company procedures.
