- Develop innovative architectural concepts and detailed design solutions
- Prepare high quality 2D architectural designs and convert them into professional 3D models and visualizations
- Produce accurate and comprehensive shop drawings and construction drawings
- Develop detailed execution drawings in accordance with project requirements and industry standards
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and project teams to ensure design integration and constructability
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and company standards
- Present architectural concepts and design proposals clearly and professionally
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- Minimum 6 years of experience in architectural design and technical documentation
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with additional visualization tools such as 3ds Max, Lumion, Blender, and V Ray is highly preferred
- Excellent ability to create architectural designs in both 2D and 3D
- Very strong experience in preparing shop drawings and detailed construction/execution drawings
- High attention to detail, creativity, and commitment to quality
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills

Role Description
- We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Architectural Engineer to join our team.
- The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and possess strong experience in architectural design, technical drawings, and execution documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative architectural concepts and detailed design solutions.
