- Provide training and support to staff on document control procedures and software
- Manage document control software systems, databases, and repositories
- Generate reports and metrics on document control activities for management review
- Continuously assess and improve document control processes and workflows
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years working experience, 3 years relevant working experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related field
- Knowledge in ISO documentation standards
- ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office software
- In depth knowledge of records management principles and procedures

Job Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge in ISO documentation standards.
- Knowledge in spreadsheets, database, word processing and job specific software.
- In depth knowledge of records management principles and procedures.
- Expert knowledge of regulatory requirements governing document control preferred.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
- ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills.
Job Experience
- Minimum 5 years working experience, 3 years relevant working experience, 2 years GCC is a plus.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
