Document Control Coordinator

Completion of Secondary education or equivalent.

You have 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or similar role.

Strong understanding of file/data management, archiving and document formatting and styles

Basic understanding of underwriting products and assets that need to be developed.

Advanced template designer (SC) training is an asset.

Experience with Unit testing methodology is an asset.

Strong attention to detail with focus on accuracy in the production of templates and documents

Strong ability to analyze and problem-solve as the technical support go-to for the system and templates

This position primarily works with majority non-francophone groups, and teams located outside of Québec, and requires proficiency in English. The essential non-French duties are not assignable to adjacent or other team members.

Detail oriented work that requires continuous mental concentration for extended periods of time.

Expected salary/hourly range $43,550- $72,583

The salary amount for the successful candidate is determined by Sovereign in its discretion and will vary depending on several criteria including but not limited to: local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualification, experience and education.

Employees may also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn additional compensation tied to individual and/or business performance, or other business metrics.
