Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient appointments, confirmations & follow-ups
- Manage doctor schedules & ensure smooth clinic flow
- Welcome patients & support them through their clinic journey
- Handle patient records, reports & documentation accurately
- Communicate between doctors, therapists & branch operations
- Follow up on patient feedback & satisfaction
Requirements
- Experience in clinics or medical field is MUST
- Strong communication & organizational skills
• Very Good English
