District Manager - Bay Area

The District Manager for Habit Restaurants will oversee the daily operations of a portfolio of 6‑8 Bay Area locations, reporting directly to the Director of Operations.

You will coordinate communication and teamwork across restaurants, develop talent, and grow sales by consistently delivering a high‑quality guest experience that aligns with company goals.

• Supervise and support restaurant managers to ensure operational excellence.
• Monitor financial performance, P&L statements, and implement cost‑control measures.
• Drive sales growth through strategic initiatives and local marketing efforts.
• Recruit, train, and develop talent to build strong, high‑performing teams.
• Maintain brand standards and ensure consistent, exceptional guest experiences.
• Analyze operational data and generate reports for the Director of Operations.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among restaurant locations.
• Implement company policies, safety protocols, and compliance standards.
• Identify and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize impact.
• Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency and profitability.
• 5+ years of multi‑unit restaurant management experience.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and profit targets.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and talent development skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to analyze financial data and make data‑driven decisions.
• Knowledge of food service regulations and safety standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency with restaurant management software and Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility to travel frequently within the Bay Area region.
