This position is responsible for receiving, replenishing, picking, and shipping functions of the Distribution Center/Team. It encompasses supporting inventory accuracy to and from customers, suppliers, and distributors.
Assists and maintains a fluid workflow throughout the many facets of Distributor Services. It encompasses surgical set-assembly, processing inventory returns, answering telephones, maintaining a loaner system, answering customer inquiries, and various shipping and receiving functions.
Coordinate, plan, and executive distribution operations including packing, pulling, shipping, and receiving products per company procedures.
Manage the timely receipt, storage, retrieval, and delivery of goods.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with team members, as well as with sales force, customer service and marketing personnel.
Support cycle counts and audits for inventory.
Review and prepare documents such as work orders, bills of lading, or shipping orders, to route materials. Prepare documentation for freight airway bills and international export documents.
Maintains organized records of shipments and returns.
Assists with maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse environment.
Communicate with customers, distributors, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate, or explain information, take orders, and address complaints.

High School diploma (equivalent) required with 2+ years of experience in customer service, inventory, or distribution warehouse environment. Combination of education and experience will be considered.
Ability to effectively function in a fast pace working environment.
Must be physically able to lift and/or move 30lbs.
Must be physically able to stand for 45-minutes at a time.
