Distribution Center Operations Manager - 1st Shift

We are looking for an experienced Distribution Center Operations Manager to lead the receiving, distribution, and material handling operations within our distribution center. In this role, you will coordinate the movement of products and parts while ensuring efficient, safe, and timely delivery performance. You will drive operational excellence through lean processes, collaborate closely with manufacturing and distribution partners, and lead teams in meeting customer requirements while optimizing transportation and distribution costs. The target starting base salary for this position is $90,000 - $95,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Managing and coordinating the receiving, storage, and distribution of products and parts.

Establishing lean procedures that maximize customer satisfaction through timely and accurate deliveries.

Coordinating distribution center activities with manufacturing facilities and field distribution centers to ensure seamless product flow.
