Production Supervisor

We’re looking for a Production Supervisor at the Grand Rapids Wood Plant with a solid understanding of manufacturing operations, people management, and continuous improvement. Primary Responsibilities:

Manage a production division from raw materials to finished product, ensuring schedules are met

Lead and develop a team of 20–30 hourly employees, focusing on performance, training, and development

Participate in a leadership rotational program

Collaborate with Operations Managers to control costs and meet corporate goals

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and labor regulations

Drive quality improvements and customer satisfaction

Provide coverage for Operations Managers and lead special projects as needed

Maintain flexibility to move between manufacturing areas based on business needs
