The Distribution Center Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing quality standards and improving productivity and efficiency. This role ensures smooth warehouse execution, strong team leadership, regulatory compliance and exceptional client service. The ideal candidate balances strategic thinking with hands-on leadership and has a passion for building strong, high-performing teams and long-term customer relationships.
Lead all warehouse functions: inbound, outbound, order fulfillment, labeling, and more.
Partner with Customer Site Manager to achieve key metrics in the areas of operations, safety and personnel.
Maintain and enhance warehouse layout, equipment, and infrastructure.
Implement and improve warehouse processes to maximize efficiency and accuracy.

Enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance with OSHA, DOT and other state/local guidelines.

OR Associate’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and minimum 5+ years supervisory experience in similar environment
OR Minimum 7 years supervisory experience in a similar environment or Logistics/Warehousing
OR Military experience equivalent
