Distribution Assistant (Part-time)

Ministry Function: The Distribution Assistant supports the ministry of Convoy of Hope by providing operational, reporting, and administrative support to the Distribution and Fulfillment teams.

This position helps ensure accurate management of CHEP pallet transactions, develops operational reporting to support leadership decision making, and assists with fulfillment, compliance, and special projects that contribute to the efficient movement of gifts-in-kind (GIK) and other ministry resources.

• Manages CHEP pallet administration by auditing daily outbound pallet transactions, processing transfers through the CHEP portal, and maintaining accurate records to minimize organizational costs.
• Researches operational data and develops reports and dashboards that provide visibility into Distribution Center and Fulfillment activities to support informed decision-making.
• Assists with fulfillment operations and administrative activities that support daily warehouse and distribution functions.
• Supports compliance initiatives by assisting with documentation, tracking, and administrative tasks related to OSHA, FDA, USDA, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Provides project coordination and administrative support for team initiatives, adapting priorities as operational needs evolve.
• Fulfills all other duties as assigned.
