Distribution Assistant

Qualifications, Scope, and Complexity of Duties:

A high school diploma, or equivalent, is required.

A bachelor’s degree in communication, media production, English, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred: Two (2) years of experience in a business office setting or media organization.

Skills, scope, and complexity of duties:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Suite. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite. Demonstrates skills related to writing and copy editing. Possesses a command of the English language and grammar skills. Ability to multitask while maintaining good time-management skills. Needs to have a keen eye for accuracy and be detail-oriented. Ability to work independently with minimal guidance. Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills. Must be empathetic toward others and have an honest and service-oriented attitude. Is a self-starter who can demonstrate flexibility and good judgment while being a team player. Be willing to receive training on a continual basis. Maintains a close relationship with Jesus Christ and sets a positive example for others. Able to exhibit Christ-like behavior in daily tasks, collaborative projects, and under stress.
