Role Description
Support the efficient coordination of daily distribution, order fulfillment, and delivery activities.
Assist with order processing, shipment coordination, delivery tracking, inventory movements, and distribution documentation.
Coordinate with warehouses, logistics providers, suppliers, customers, and internal teams while maintaining accurate distribution information.
Core Responsibilities
- Prepare and check shipment information, coordinate delivery schedules, and update tracking records.
- Monitor order status, inventory movements, shipment details, and delivery information.
- Maintain accurate distribution data and documentation for timely operational follow-up.
- Assist with delivery delays, shipment discrepancies, damaged goods, and documentation issues.
- Support distribution reports and operational performance tracking.
Education and Knowledge
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Distribution, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Basic understanding of distribution, logistics, order fulfillment, warehousing, inventory, and delivery processes.
