Responsibilities
- Receive incoming materials and assign to packing team
- Ensure packing meets quality standards with accurate quantities as per order
- Create invoices and delivery notes for all consignments
- Monitor and control damages in packing, farms & market
- Record all damage reports
- Control company assets: inventory, vegetable crates, packing tools & equipment
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports + analysis for management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 2+ years experience in warehouse/dispatch in FMCG/Food/Fruits & Vegetables preferred
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets for reporting
- Good command of English
- Attention to detail, time management, and ability to work under pressure
- UAE Driving License Preferred

Overview
- We’re looking for an organized and detail oriented Dispatcher to manage daily warehouse dispatch operations and ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Requirements

- Accuracy, Speed & Punctuality.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.
- Good command of English. Arabic/Hindi/Malayalam is a plus.
- Attention to detail, time management, and ability to work under pressure.
Pay
- AED 1,500 AED 2,500 per month

- Experience: Dispatcher & store keeper: 2 years (Preferred)
- Language: English, Urdu/Hindi, Arabic & Malayalam (Preferred)
- License/Certification: UAE Driving License Preferred (Preferred)
