Responsibilities
- Daily sales invoice verification, customer delivery note matching, and preparation of daily/weekly/monthly sales reports
- Purchase bill verification, LPO matching, and purchase reports
- Handle petty cash for various divisions, verify bills and prepare petty cash reports
- Maintain supplier statements, process vendor payments, and reconcile accounts
- Follow up on customer collections and prepare customer statements
- Maintain day books, ledgers, and accounting records in QuickBooks
- Bank reconciliation and payment processing
- Prepare daily sales reports, stock movement reports, and monthly financial reports for management
- Support month end closing, UAE VAT filing, and audit requirements
- Work closely with Packing, Dispatch, and Sales teams for order/billing data
- Draft business letters, emails, and official correspondence to customers/suppliers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
- Minimum 2 3 years UAE accounting experience, preferably in FMCG/Food trading or Agri business
- Very good knowledge of QuickBooks
- Excellent MS Excel skills formulas, pivot tables, reporting
- Speed & Accuracy, detail oriented and able to meet deadlines
- Strong business letter writing and email communication skills in English
- Knowledge of UAE VAT and compliance requirements
- Experience in sales invoice verification, purchase bill processing, and petty cash handling preferred

Job Description
- Fresh Box is a leading fresh vegetables & fruits supply company in UAE. We are looking for an experienced Accountant to manage daily accounting operations for our packing, sales, and procurement divisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Billing: Daily sales invoice verification, customer delivery note matching, and preparation of daily/weekly/monthly sales reports
- Purchases: Purchase bill verification, LPO matching, and purchase reports
- Expenses: Handle petty cash for various divisions. Verify bills and prepare petty cash reports
- Payables: Maintain supplier statements, process vendor payments, and reconcile accounts
- Receivables: Follow up on customer collections and prepare customer statements
- General Accounting: Maintain day books, ledgers, and accounting records in QuickBooks
- Banking: Bank reconciliation and payment processing
- Reporting: Prepare daily sales reports, stock movement reports, and monthly financial reports for management
- Compliance: Support month end closing, UAE VAT filing, and audit requirements
- Coordination: Work closely with Packing, Dispatch, and Sales teams for order/billing data
- Communication: Draft business letters, emails, and official correspondence to customers/suppliers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
- Minimum 2 3 years UAE accounting experience, preferably in FMCG/Food trading or Agri business
- Must have very good knowledge in QuickBooks. Experience in Odoo is a plus. System migration to Odoo planned next year

- AED 1,500.00 AED 2,000.00 per month
