About the Role

- Prepare daily dispatch schedules based on production output and branch requirements
- Coordinate with production, packing, and inventory teams to ensure all items are ready for dispatch
- Verify product quantities, quality, and packaging before loading
- Assign delivery routes to drivers and ensure efficient trip planning
- Monitor vehicle loading to ensure proper handling and prevent product damage
- Maintain accurate dispatch records, including trip sheets, delivery notes, and return logs
- Track delivery progress and ensure all branches receive items on time
- Communicate with branches regarding delivery timings, shortages, or urgent requirements
- Record and report any delivery delays, vehicle issues, or product discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards during loading and transportation
- Coordinate with maintenance team for vehicle readiness and schedule checks
- Support inventory team by reporting daily consumption, returns, and wastage from deliveries
Requirements
- 1 2 years of experience in dispatching, logistics, or delivery coordination (preferably in bakery/FMCG)
- Strong knowledge of routing, trip planning, and delivery documentation
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deliveries
- Basic computer skills (Excel, dispatch logs, ERP entries)
