Dishwasher

The CSEC Kitchen team is currently seeking active interest in Dishwashers to join the team. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of industrial dishwashing equipment, and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.

Clean all dishes, utensils, and silverware.

Maintain a clean and organized environment.

Maintain a high standard of safety and sanitation as governed by standards and protocols.

Communicate with kitchen staff, cooks, sous chefs, and the executive chef.

Actively participate in safety programs and follow polices.

Attend pre shift meetings.

Able to read BEO and setup buffet as required.

Able to do closing shift till 1 AM.

Must be able to read and understand chemical labels.

Read and understand Stewarding SOP and follow the procedures

Managing the dishwashing process including starting-up and running the industrial dishwashing machines;

Follow instructions as directed by Chief Steward/Stewarding supervisor.

Assist in sorting all kitchen deliveries.

Perform other duties as assigned.
