Role Overview
Lead the Security and Risk Workflows UX Research team within ServiceNow's global Experience organization.
Translate user research into product strategies and influence solutions for security and risk challenges.
Serve as the most senior research leader in India and represent the India research organization globally.
Responsibilities
- Own the research roadmap and prioritize high-impact initiatives.
- Partner with product, design, research, and engineering leaders to drive evidence-based decisions.
- Establish research quality standards and methodologies.
- Build an India customer engagement strategy for the Product Lab Research Program.
- Hire and develop researchers while fostering psychological safety and innovation.
- Act as site lead for the India research team and contribute to global research initiatives.
- Apply advanced AI capabilities and monitor emerging research and AI technologies.
