- Lead the formulation and review of public policies, strategic studies, and future focused initiatives
- Prepare and review the Ministry's local partnership strategy in coordination with stakeholders
- Direct and oversee the performance of the department's organizational units, ensuring effective governance
- Establish, monitor, and evaluate strategic and operational KPIs, and provide regular performance reports
- Coordinate with the Future Department at the Office of the Council of Ministers and the Office of the Prime Minister
- Build and strengthen strategic partnerships with government entities, private sector, and external stakeholders
- Lead organizational change initiatives and evaluate institutional transformation projects
- Oversee planning, coordination, and monitoring of national initiatives, strategic projects, and global competitiveness programs
- Ensure implementation and integration of future foresight methodologies, innovation practices, and future oriented policies
- Monitor and improve key administrative processes including strategic planning, budgeting, performance reporting, and service delivery
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, continuous learning, and organizational excellence

Responsibilities
- Develop, review, and implement the Ministry's strategic and operational plans, ensuring alignment with government priorities and organizational objectives.
- Lead the formulation and review of public policies, strategic studies, and future focused initiatives that support the Ministry's vision and long term direction.
- Prepare, develop, and periodically review the Ministry's local partnership strategy in coordination with relevant organizational units and external stakeholders.
- Direct and oversee the performance of the department's organizational units, ensuring effective governance, operational efficiency, and the elimination of duplication across functions.
- Establish, monitor, and evaluate strategic and operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and provide regular performance reports to senior management.
- Coordinate with the Future Department at the Office of the Council of Ministers and the Office of the Prime Minister on matters related to strategy, future foresight, and national priorities.
- Build and strengthen strategic partnerships with government entities, private sector organizations, and other external stakeholders to support the Ministry's strategic objectives.
- Lead organizational change initiatives by evaluating institutional transformation projects, ensuring alignment with strategic plans, monitoring implementation, measuring outcomes, and reporting progress to the Minister.
- Oversee the planning, coordination, and monitoring of national initiatives, strategic projects, and global competitiveness programs in collaboration with relevant organizational units.
- Ensure the implementation and integration of future foresight methodologies, innovation practices, and future oriented policies across the Ministry.
- Monitor and continuously improve key administrative processes, including strategic planning, budgeting, performance reporting, and service delivery.
