Role Overview
Lead software engineering teams and provide strategic and operational direction for secure, scalable technology solutions.
Support Homewood Health's business objectives and the continued evolution of its Digital Solutions division.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of software development initiatives across engineering teams.
- Establish engineering standards, delivery processes, and governance practices that support quality and continuous improvement.
- Oversee software quality, platform reliability, production support, incident management, and operational performance.
- Monitor delivery and technology metrics to identify risks, improve outcomes, and support business objectives.
- Serve as a senior escalation point for technical and operational challenges.
- Lead, mentor, and develop engineering leaders and team members while fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture.
- Identify organizational capability gaps and implement development strategies for technical and leadership competencies.
- Collaborate with Product, PMO, Clinical Operations, and business leaders on strategic planning and initiative delivery.
- Communicate technical strategies, risks, dependencies, and outcomes to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ensure compliance with privacy, security, and regulatory requirements in a highly regulated environment.
- Manage vendor and third-party technology relationships, including service performance, integration oversight, and risk management.
