- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Electronic, Systems, or Rail Engineering
- 20+ years' experience in rail signalling and transportation systems
- Deep technical expertise across CBTC, ETCS, ATP, ATS, interlocking, and telecom integration
- Proven track record on large scale metro, mainline, or high speed rail programmes
- Background within leading international consultancies, railway operators, or Tier 1 infrastructure environments
- GCC or international megaproject experience strongly preferred

The Role
- We are retained by a leading programme management consultancy (PMC) operating on a flagship transportation infrastructure programme in the Middle East to appoint a Director level Signalling & Integration Expert.
- This is a senior technical leadership appointment for an accomplished rail systems professional with deep expertise across signalling, systems integration, and large scale rail infrastructure delivery.
- The successful candidate will bring proven technical authority and the ability to lead complex, multidisciplinary programmes at the highest level.
The Role
- You will provide expert technical leadership across signalling systems and programme wide integration, encompassing interface management, design assurance, testing and commissioning, and operational readiness.
- You will engage with confidence at executive level across clients, consultants, contractors, and operators throughout the full delivery lifecycle.
The Candidate
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Electronic, Systems, or Rail Engineering
- 20+ years' experience in rail signalling and transportation systems
