Director, Security Architecture and Operations

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline

Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, information security, security operations, security architecture, or technology risk management

Minimum 5 years of senior leadership experience leading managers and technical security teams

Demonstrated experience developing and implementing cybersecurity strategies, roadmaps, and enterprise security programs

Strong expertise in security operations, threat management, incident response, vulnerability management, and security architecture

Experience managing technology vendors, strategic partnerships, and complex cybersecurity investments

Strong financial acumen with experience managing departmental budgets and strategic resource planning

Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience presenting to executive leadership and boards

Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CCSP, GIAC, or equivalent are considered an asset

This role offers a salary range of $163,300 to $220,900 per annum . The base pay offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant qualifications, skills, previous experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards package, employees may also be eligible for our annual incentive program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
