The role focuses on the Riyadh residential market and translates market data into commercially relevant recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Assess and segment the Riyadh residential market to inform product rollout.
- Monitor regulatory, legal, financing, and other changes affecting residential market dynamics.
- Identify high-value products that can improve marketability and yield.
- Create and maintain residential supply-and-demand models.
- Perform residential demand scenario analysis.
- Develop highest-and-best-use analysis for masterplans and plots.
- Prepare presentations for N-1 panels, management, and Board of Directors inputs.
- Work with Development Strategy, Development, Investment, Design, and senior management.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Extensive management consulting or real estate consulting experience is required, with a minimum of 3 years.
- Six or more years of experience is preferred.
- Strong understanding of real estate products through consulting or real estate value-chain experience is required.
- Extensive experience with supply-and-demand models is required.
- Experience creating highest-and-best-use models and trade area assessments is required.
- A bachelor's degree in economics or finance is preferred; engineering is acceptable.
- An MBA, Master's in Economics, or Master's in Finance is preferred.
- Candidates should be able to work with complex datasets and communicate clear insights to senior stakeholders.
