Role Overview
Director of Quantum within the Construction Advisory Claims & Disputes practice.
The role leads high-profile dispute and advisory engagements across infrastructure, energy, industrial, and construction projects.
The Director provides strategic guidance to clients, legal counsel, and project stakeholders on claims, disputes, quantum, and commercial matters.
Strategic Leadership
- Lead complex, high-value construction claims and disputes from inception through resolution.
- Provide executive-level guidance on dispute strategy, commercial risk, entitlement, causation, and quantum.
- Direct multidisciplinary teams delivering quantum assessments, commercial evaluations, and expert support assignments.
- Review and sign off on key deliverables and expert reports.
Dispute Resolution and Expert Support
- Lead claims strategies and dispute resolution approaches for major projects globally.
- Direct quantum expert reports, rebuttal reports, witness statements, and arbitration submissions.
- Support arbitration, adjudication, mediation, litigation, and settlement negotiations.
- Interpret FIDIC, NEC, EPC, EPCM, bespoke, and other international contract forms.
