Engagement Delivery and Technical Leadership
- Lead construction claims and dispute assignments from initiation through conclusion.
- Direct EOT, disruption, prolongation, and quantum claims preparation and review.
- Oversee forensic delay analyses and ensure evidence-based deliverables suitable for dispute resolution.
Dispute Advisory and Expert Support
- Advise on entitlement, causation, and quantum.
