• Bachelors' degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field; Masters' Degree preferred
• Inspirational and visionary leadership capabilities, motivating and inspiring a high-performance team
• Unyielding attention to detail and an unequivocal commitment to delivering results of the highest quality
• Proven expertise in driving and sustaining transformative continuous improvement initiatives
• Deep understanding of industry standards and regulations, coupled with the ability to navigate and lead in a complex regulatory environment
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with a proactive and strategic approach to quality control engineering

The annual base salary range for this position is $200,000 - $250,000.
