Passion for Life was created to be a high-energy and engaging process that helps students identify their passions and gain clarity on how to utilize their core strengths and talents to select a career.

Our organization is growing; it has caused our organization to be proactive and think differently, resulting in developing and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

The Director of Project Management will support the executive team in overseeing and managing the Project Management Office (PMO) on a strategic level with proactive forecasting.

This is a volunteer, part-time fully remote role .

Time commitment 5-8 hours per week (6 months, but can be mutually extended).

• Lead and effectively manage the Project Management Team
• Consult executives on proactive initiatives and forecast future needs
• Advice the Executive Director and teams in assembling the required documentation (project plans, change management plans, risk log, etc.) and conduct planning, coordinating, and communicating of project activities
• Consult leadership on maintenance, progress reporting, and distribution of project plans utilizing project-based planning tools (Asana)
• Assists leadership in performing regular reporting of project progress "actuals” against the forecasted plan regarding schedule, milestones, cost, and scope
