Director, Project Management - Performance & Reporting

Operating Cadence: Weekly and monthly commercial review cadence is running within 30 days, with documented purpose, agendas, and outputs sustained throughout the year.

Pipeline Reporting: A trusted, single-source pipeline reporting view is in place within 45 days and used by BU leadership, FP&A, and central RevOps as the reference position.

MBR Quality: MBR materials are consistent in structure, narrative, and analytical depth from cycle one; executive feedback signals improving signal-to-noise over the year.

QBR Coordination: BU inputs into the central QBR process are delivered on-time, accurate, and narratively aligned across both BUs from the first cycle onward.

RevOps Integration: A working operating model with central Revenue Operations is documented and adopted within 60 days, with clear hand-offs between BU and Rev Ops teams.
