Role Overview

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of a portfolio within the Urban Core development programme.

The portfolio includes mixed-use developments, public realm, civic infrastructure, retail, food and beverage, offices, lifestyle, mobility, and destination assets.

Translate development vision into executable delivery strategies and world-class project outcomes.

Delivery Leadership

  • Provide strategic oversight of project management, delivery integration, programme controls, procurement coordination, construction interfaces, operational readiness, and governance.
  • Manage outcomes across cost, schedule, quality, risk, safety, and operational performance.
  • Lead project management and delivery integration across complex stakeholder environments.

  • Design, technical, and delivery integration.
  • Construction management and delivery oversight.
  • Commercial and contract management.

  • Team leadership and capability development.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, project management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience leading complex, large-scale integrated mixed-use developments.
  • Client-side experience managing multiple projects across diverse asset classes.
  • Experience delivering major developments from design through construction, commissioning, and handover.
  • Experience managing large multidisciplinary consultant and contractor teams.
  • GCC and international mega-project experience is highly desirable.
