- Lead operational readiness and handover.
- Manage risk, quality, and compliance.
- Lead teams and capability development.
Requirements
- Highly experienced project management and delivery professional.
- Experience translating development vision into executable delivery strategies.
- Experience managing complex stakeholder environments.
- Ability to oversee delivery across cost, schedule, quality, risk, and operational performance.
- Experience with mixed-use developments, public realm, civic infrastructure, retail, commercial, lifestyle, mobility, or destination assets.
