Overview

• Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a dedicated and experienced Director - Project Delivery to join the Strategic Delivery Unit (SDU).
• In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of assigned projects within the SDU, ensuring they meet predefined quality, schedule, and budget targets.
• The Director will lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards, driving excellence in project execution and contributing to Qiddiya’s vision of becoming a leading entertainment and lifestyle destination.
• Key Responsibilities* Lead and manage project delivery activities within the SDU, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, schedules, resources, budgets, and risk management strategies.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and resolving issues proactively to prevent delays or cost overruns.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with overall company goals.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards throughout project delivery.
• Manage contractual relationships with vendors, contractors, and consultants effectively.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports and updates to senior management.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within project teams.
• Mentor and develop project managers and team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 12 years of project delivery experience in large-scale, complex development projects.
• Proven track record managing multidisciplinary project teams and successfully delivering projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with contract management and vendor negotiation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
• Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is desirable.
