About the Role
Hire Rightt is seeking a Director of Project Delivery for a developer in Dubai to lead end-to-end delivery of residential building projects. You will oversee the full project lifecycle, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities
- Lead the end to end delivery of residential building projects, ensuring timely and quality completion
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning and design to execution and handover, with a focus on built to sell developments
- Manage cross functional teams, including contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders, to ensure alignment with project objectives
- Drive the implementation of best practices in construction management, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Report to senior management on project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies
Requirements
- Minimum 15+ years' experience in a lead role managing large scale/multi disciplinary projects
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architecture Engineering
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in project management within construction/real estate industry
- At least 2 3 years in a director level role
- Proven track record in delivering building projects for a developer, specifically in Dubai
- Strong background in construction with hands on experience in managing project delivery from start to finish
- Preferably experience with a developer

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Min of 15+ years' experience, in a lead role managing large scale/ multi disciplinary projects.
- Preferably experience with a developer.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil / or Architecture Engineering is mandatory.
- A minimum of 12+ years of experience in project management within the construction / real estate industry, with at least 2 3 years in a director level role.
- Proven track record in delivering building projects for a developer, specifically in Dubai.
- Strong background in construction, with hands on experience in managing project delivery from start to finish.
