The Director of Technical Implementation, EMEA leads and transforms the regional technical delivery organization into a scalable, high-performing, standardized function.
The role centralizes technical leadership across EMEA countries for InterSystems EHR and HealthShare solutions.
The position improves delivery quality, governance, resource utilization, customer outcomes, and partner performance.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and unify Technical Implementation teams across EMEA under a single functional structure.
- Define technical implementation best practices, governance, and quality frameworks.
- Align technical delivery with country leadership and annual project targets.
- Drive cross-country collaboration, resource optimization, and flexible deployment of expertise.
- Own regional capacity planning, forecasting, and utilization using data and AI-driven insights.
- Oversee partner onboarding, performance management, and alignment.
- Scale the AI-powered ARIES methodology across technical delivery activities.
- Establish KPIs for delivery quality, efficiency, utilization, and partner performance.
- Support country Professional Services Directors and oversee critical customer projects.
- Lead reusable assets, automation, standardization, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- At least 10 years of experience in technical delivery, implementation, or professional services leadership.
- Experience managing large-scale, complex, multi-country implementation programs.
- Strong background in healthcare IT or enterprise software implementation.
- Deep understanding of technical architectures, integration, and data platforms.
- Experience with resource management, forecasting, and operational optimization at scale.
- Ability to lead organizational transformation and standardization.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills in a matrix environment.
- Experience with partners and external delivery ecosystems.
- Strategic ability to translate vision into execution.
- Ability to travel internationally 60% of the time.
Education and training
- Relevant university technical degree.
- Proficiency in English.

- Technical delivery leadership across healthcare IT and enterprise software environments.
- Technical architecture, integration, and data platform expertise.
- Resource management, forecasting, utilization management, and operational optimization.
- Governance, quality frameworks, KPI management, and standardization.

Work location and travel
