- Prepare studies, reports, and recommendations related to the quality of higher education to support strategic decision making
Requirements
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Quality Assurance Management, Higher Education, or related field
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in quality assurance in higher education, academic accreditation, or higher education management and leadership
- Distinguished leadership and managerial skills
- Strong capability in strategic planning and project management
- Data analysis and professional report writing skills
- Effective communication and partnership building skills
- Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)

Qualifications
