Requirements
- Master’s degree or PhD in Quality Management, Higher Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in quality assurance, academic accreditation, or higher education management
- Strong leadership and managerial skills
- Ability to lead strategic planning and project management initiatives
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and effectively manage priorities

Job Description
- The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for leading, implementing, and monitoring quality assurance initiatives across higher education institutions in the Emirate of Sharjah.
- The role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and national quality standards, oversees institutional and academic performance evaluation, promotes continuous improvement, and supports the implementation of best practices in governance and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance academic and institutional quality assurance frameworks in line with approved standards and best practices.
