- Lead the Partnerships Department, identifying and developing strategic partnerships with government, private sector, investors, and stakeholders
- Prepare and implement partnership plans, identifying high value collaboration opportunities
- Evaluate potential partners and lead negotiation and structuring of agreements
- Monitor partnership execution to ensure mutual value and desired impact
- Build and manage relationships with leaders and decision makers
- Coordinate with internal departments to implement joint initiatives
- Prepare reports and recommendations for senior management
- Contribute to long term partnership strategy and support business development and investment initiatives
Requirements
- Saudi nationality required
- At least 10 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or related fields
- At least 4 years of leadership experience managing teams or departments
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Urban Planning, Public Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in identifying, developing, and managing high impact strategic partnerships
- Strong relationship building, communication, and influencing skills
- Experience in negotiation, structuring partnerships, and preparing memoranda of understanding
- Ability to work onsite in Jeddah
